Refund / Cancellation Policy

Digital products and services

Springfitlab provides digital training and educational content (courses, workout programs, and memberships). We do not ship physical goods.

Because access is often granted immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in situations such as:

1) Duplicate or incorrect charges.

2) You paid but did not receive access due to a verified technical issue.

3) Other cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

We may decline refunds where the digital content has been substantially accessed or consumed, unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Please submit your request and include:

1) Your account email.

2) Purchase date and (if available) transaction ID.

3) The product purchased.

4) A brief description of the issue.

Cancellations

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription or membership, you can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law.

Refund processing time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and payment provider and may take several business days.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first. Chargebacks may result in loss of access to the purchased content.
